A LAUNCHPAD ON SOLANA · ATTRACT MODE · SOUND OFF

EVERY TOKEN IS
A CABINET

Pay the fee and your token gets a cabinet on the floor. Every buy on the bonding curve is a credit dropped in the slot — the meter fills in front of everyone. A full meter ships the game: liquidity moves to the DEX and locks, and the name goes up on the high-score board.

A cabinet nobody plays hits GAME OVER — and that screen stays on, forever. Concept build: the arcade is unplugged, nothing is deployed.

01 / THE FLOOR

GAME OVER SCREENS STAY ON.

An arcade that unplugs its dead cabinets is lying about its floor. Example machines below — nothing here exists.

02 / HOW IT PLAYS

FOUR SCREENS. NO CONTINUES.

Every cabinet runs the same ROM: same supply, same curve, same slot. No operator's back room, no rigged buttons.

INSERT COIN

POWER ON A CABINET

Pay the fixed fee, get a spot on the floor. One board template for every game — nothing soldered underneath.

NOW PLAYING

EVERY BUY IS A CREDIT

Each purchase on the bonding curve drops a coin in the slot. The credit meter fills in public, tick by tick.

HIGH SCORE

FULL METER SHIPS THE GAME

At 100% the machine ships itself: liquidity moves to the DEX and locks. Nobody can open the coin door after that.

GAME OVER

THE SCREEN STAYS ON

The meter stalls or the owner walks: GAME OVER, posted on the cabinet, kept on the floor. The arcade counts its corpses out loud.

03 / FREE PLAY

POWER ON A DEMO CABINET

Type a ticker, watch the marquee light up. Free play means free: this draws pixels in your browser — no wallet, no chain, no live anything.

Letters and numbers, up to 10. The $ comes with the cabinet.

Inserting changes the screen, not the world.

▲ ARCADE RULES · MANAGEMENT MEANS IT

R1 A CREDIT IS NOT A PRIZE

Dropping a coin in the slot is a bet the meter fills, not a ticket to winnings. If the cabinet hits GAME OVER, the curve unwinds by its own written rules — read them before the quarter, not after.

R2 THE MACHINE EATS MOST QUARTERS

Most cabinets never fill the meter, and most that ship go to zero on the DEX floor. The arcade will post that score in lights, same as every high score.

R3 HIGH SCORE IS NOT CASH OUT

Shipping locks liquidity and opens a market. It prints a name on the board, not money in your pocket. Everything after shipping is gameplay.

R4 THE HOUSE DOESN'T RIG CABINETS

Any token that pays the fee gets a spot on the floor. Floor space is rent, not endorsement — management refills the change machine, it doesn't bless the games.

R5 THE POWER IS OFF

Every cabinet on this page is an example drawn in your browser. There is no program, no fee, no feed, and no address. The status board below says exactly what exists.

UNTIL THE POWER COMES ON:

The only account is @COINOP_app. If a program ever exists, its address will be posted there as plain text — never in an image, never in a reply. Anything calling itself a live COIN-OP today is a bootleg board. If someone sells you tokens for the machine, they're selling you washers.
